It's a 200 slot 3.0 ventrilo server to use for whatever you want, there is various channels setup for 5v5, 3v3, 2v2 that each have their own limit of users in them. so only 5 people can join the 5v5 channel etc.

No, if someone is annoying you, use the correct channel for the number of people, then that person can't join the channel in the first place, if someone is annoying everyone, including myself, then I will ban.
